This is Face-Up Pai Gow — the dealer's hand is set and revealed before you act on your own. Both of your hands must beat both of the dealer's to win. Win one, lose one is a push. Exact ties go to the dealer. Commission-free — but if the dealer's best hand is Ace-high with no pair, your Ante automatically pushes.

Standard poker hand rankings apply, with two Pai Gow-specific exceptions. The joker is semi-wild: it plays as an ace, or completes a straight, flush, or straight flush — whichever makes the best hand.
Five Aces (four aces + the joker) is the single highest hand, above even a Royal Flush.
The wheel (A-2-3-4-5) is a valid straight, but ranks as the second-highest straight — beaten by every other straight, even a low one like 6-5-4-3-2.
